Rob has over 15 years experience in the property & Casualty Insurance business. He began his career with Federated Insurance as a Marketing Representative in Topeka, Kansas. After successfully building a profitable territory he accepted a promotion to District Manager in the Kansas City area.

In 2005 Rob and Allan Gardner formed a partnership and started Gardner Walton Company, Inc.

With a focus on business related insurance products the two started to build their client base. The response to their business model was enthusiastic, and in 2006 the opportunity presented itself to purchase a highly respected agency in the Kansas City area. In September of 2008, Allan and Rob brought their business to Power Group.

Rob attended Northwestern University on an athletic scholarship and graduated with a degree in Communication Studies in 1990.
