Chip began his benefits career by working with a Third Party Administrator in Nashville, TN. He returned home to Kansas City to head up the Employee Benefits division of the family business and has been specializing in Corporate Planning and Employee Benefit Packages for groups of 2-2000 employees for almost 20 years.

He is a past board member of several non-profit organizations and is active in many local civic groups.

Chip enjoys problem solving and searching for creative solutions, and he believes strongly in family, community service and hands-on service for each of his clients. 

Chip received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Pittsburg State University. He currently resides in Overland Park with his wife and daughter.
