Power Group Companies is currently hiring for the position of part-time Benefits Counselor in our enrollment division. This individual will consult with and assist our clients in enrolling in the offered insurance programs.

Job Duties

Enrollments in the following benefits:
- Voluntary Whole Life Insurance
- Voluntary Disability Insurance
- Voluntary Critical Illness
- Voluntary Accident Insurance
- Voluntary Dental and Vision Insurance
- Core Benefits
Competently explain products in detail to employees and efficiently provide solutions that meet the needs of the individual and his/her family
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Must obtain and preserve Life & Health License

Previous benefit sales and/or enrollment experience preferred
Proficient computer skills
Ability to learn products in detail
Experience attaining challenging goals
Ability to work in independently
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, both internally and externally
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel based on client and business needs
